Fire Safety Services – Manchester and Leeds Services

Risk Assessment, Consultancy, Training

RM provides a complete range of Fire Safety Services to commercial and residential properties in Manchester and Leeds.

Fire Risk Assessment

A Fire Risk Assessment helps to reduce the risk of fire and is vital for any commercial property. At RM, we don’t just provide relevant and simple to understand reports, we also work with all our clients to make sure that practical solutions can be put in place. We care about making properties safe for people. We help the building managers of Schools, Offices, Residential Care Homes and much more across Manchester and Leeds to take control of their fire safety.

Fire Strategy

A Fire Strategy is more than a report, it actively aids building managers in finding practical solutions and overcoming issues. It evaluates things such as evacuation, fire detection and occupancy. At RM, we support building managers who look after Offices, Schools, HMO’s, Shopping Centres, Care homes, Hospitals and other institutions in Manchester and Leeds to properly safeguard their properties.

Fire Door Survey

A Fire Door Survey assesses a range of factors relating to the placement, condition and number of fire doors within each property. At RM, all of our surveys are carried out by our qualified team, and we make relevant recommendations on how a building can be improved to become safer. It’s too late to take action after a fire has started, so we work with building managers across Manchester and Leeds to ensure that they prevent issues before they begin.

Fire Stopping Survey

A Fire Stopping Survey identifies problem areas within a building so that any fire risks can be dealt with. At RM, we perform a detailed inspection above suspended ceilings, loft spaces and between floors to ensure fire cannot extend through the building by means of travelling through voids. We can help to improve the safety of a range of building types, and our experienced team is ready to help building managers in Manchester and Leeds.
