Fire Safety Services – Birmingham & West Midlands Services
Risk Assessment, Consultancy, Training
RM provides a complete range of Fire Safety Services to commercial and residential properties in Birmingham and the West Midlands.
Fire Risk Assessment
Our easy to understand BAFE Certificated Life Safety Fire Risk Assessments clearly identify hazards that can be removed or reduced to safeguard your property in the case of a fire. Whether it’s a fire risk assessment for Schools, Offices, Industrial Estates, Retail Parks, Shopping Centres, Residential Care Homes or HMO’s in Birmingham, West Midlands or surrounding areas, we can help.
Fire Strategy
Our range of Fire Strategy services allow building managers in Birmingham and the West Midlands to calculate occupancy, evacuation strategies, proportionate fire loading, fire detection and alarm systems, means of escape, minimum exits, minimum exit widths, travel distances, fire resistance/protection and more.
Fire Door Survey
RM Fire Door Surveys, carried out by our team of qualified assessors, are used to identify location, quantity and fire rating of fire doors within a property. We also assess the condition of fire doors and make recommendations if they require repair or replacement. We carry out Fire Door Surveys for SME Offices, Schools, HMO’s, Shopping Centres, Care homes, Hospitals and other institutions in and around Birmingham and the West Midlands.
Fire Stopping Survey
Without the proper preventative measures in place, a fire can rapidly spread through the structural integrity of a building putting many lives at risk. A fire stopping survey can ensure that this isn’t the case should a fire event unfortunately occur. At RM, we help businesses and organisations throughout Birmingham and the West Midlands protect their properties.
