Access Audit Services
Risk Assessment, Consultancy, Training
Ensuring your building is accessible isn’t just best practice – it’s a legal requirement under the Equality Act 2010 which replaced the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) 1995 and 2005. RM Risk Management provide comprehensive Access Audit services to help businesses, landlords and managing agents identify barriers and improve accessibility across their premises.
Access Audits (Equality Act Compliance)
Whether it’s a Commercial Office, Retail Unit, Industrial Estate, School, Healthcare Facility or Residential Development, we carry out detailed Access Audits to assess how accessible your building is for all users, including those with disabilities.
Our audits identify areas of non-compliance and provide clear, practical recommendations to help you meet your legal obligations and improve inclusivity.
