Health & Safety – Manchester and Leeds Services
Risk Assessment, Consultancy, Training
Health and safety should be a priority, no matter what the building or type of business. At RM, we have a team of highly trained consultants who work across Manchester and Leeds ensuring that people and assets are safeguarded.
Health & Safety Risk Assessment
At RM, we provide Health & Safety Risk Assessments to a wide variety of multi-tenanted commercial properties, including Offices, Shopping Centres, Retail and Industrial parks, and mixed use Leisure developments, and they can be especially useful where the site does not have permanent staff based on site. Our team of trained consultants are working in Manchester and Leeds and are ready to help.
Health And Safety Inspections
At RM, our Health & Safety Inspection covers many of the same aspects as a General Health & Safety Risk Assessment, such as identifying hazards, evaluating risks and suggesting ways to control or eliminate those hazards. But our Inspections are generally carried out on a more frequent basis and they are specifically aimed at unmanned properties. We work with buildings across Manchester and Leeds.
Access Survey
As part of The Equality Act 2010 (which supersedes The Disability Discrimination Act), it is illegal to discriminate against a disabled person for reasons related to his or her disability. Employers, service providers and education providers have to make reasonable adjustments to avoid discrimination. This is where an Access Audit from RM can help. It examines either an existing building or proposals for a new building and measures the accessibility and usability of the building for disabled people. We work with buildings in Manchester and Leeds to ensure they meet the requirements of the law.
