RM has a team of qualified Asbestos Surveyors who carry out Asbestos Management Surveys, Asbestos Re-inspection Surveys and Asbestos Refurbishment and Demolition Surveys for all building types in Manchester and Leeds.
RM has an experienced team of Asbestos Survey professionals who are able to carry out comprehensive building surveys that will identify the presence of asbestos. Our surveyors are all holders of the BOHS (British Occupational Hygiene Society) P402 qualification – the statutory proficiency certificate in ‘Building Surveys and Bulk sampling for Asbestos’ - and they are working in Manchester & Leeds to support building owners and managers.
A Refurbishment & Demolition Survey is not only needed before any refurbishment or demolition work is carried out, but it may also be required in other circumstances. For example, you may require such a survey when more intrusive maintenance and repair work needs to be done, or for plant removal or dismantling. Whatever the requirement, at RM we have a qualified team in place to help any building in Manchester and Leeds.
At RM, we can provide an Asbestos Re-inspection Survey for Commercial Offices, Industrial Estates, Retail Parks, Shopping Centres, Schools, Residential Care Homes and HMOs in Manchester and Leeds. This follows on from an Asbestos Management Survey to monitor the state of any Asbestos Containing Materials (ACM) that were found.
Each and every report that we publish comes with a year's free license to the Health And Safety Advisory Database - HASAD.

Since then Matt has become a very popular member of the team who knows our business inside out. He undertakes multi-disciplined audits and visits client sites on a regular basis. Currently he is a Graduate at IOSH and working towards his Chartered status having recently completed his final formal qualifications.
