RM has a team of qualified Asbestos Surveyors who carry out Asbestos Management Surveys, Asbestos Re-inspection Surveys and Asbestos Refurbishment and Demolition Surveys for all building types in Redditch & Worcestershire.
An Asbestos Management Survey works to locate Asbestos Containing Materials (ACM) that could be damaged or disturbed by normal activities, by foreseeable maintenance or by installing new equipment. It involves minor intrusion and minor asbestos disturbance to make a Materials Assessment, and the survey provides a guide to the client to help them with prioritising any remedial work. At RM, we’re working with responsible people in Redditch & Worcestershire to provide these surveys for the properties they look after.
A Refurbishment & Demolition Survey helps to ensure any building going through a change remains safe. It may involve a fully intrusive and destructive inspection, with all areas being covered, including those that may be difficult to reach. At RM, our qualified team of Asbestos Surveyors are ready to help any building in Redditch & Worcestershire.
At RM, we are able to provide an Asbestos Re-inspection Survey to check the condition of any identified Asbestos Containing Materials (ACM) that were found during the original Asbestos Management Survey. Our qualified team can support properties across Redditch & Worcestershire.
